Jenny Agutter Elaborates On THE AVENGERS And Potentially Being "Star-Struck"
In yet another interview with the Radio Times magazine, veteran actress Jenny Agutter, whose previous and likely misquoted interview resurrected the foolish rumor that Spider-Man will appear in Marvel's The Avengers movie, now discussed her experience on-set of the highly-anticipated movie, after being asked was ever star-struck. Portraying a 'Council Member,' read Agutter's unusual comments below. “It made me laugh. It was so bizarre being on this big set in Santa Fe. I said as much to the director Joss Whedon and he whispered, “Shhh, I’m trying to appear cool.” Samuel L Jackson was lovely, so professional. Scarlett Johansson looked sad, so lonely, sitting on the steps of her Winnebago. One wanted to go and give her a hug and I thought, “You can’t because you just don’t know her.” From this interview, we can better imagine who her "Council Member" role will interact with in the film. Be sure

Storyboards For RIDDICK Find Their Way Online
The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he's encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty. The first ship to arrive carries a new breed of merc, more lethal and violent, while the second is captained by a man whose pursuit of Riddick is more personal. With time running out and a storm on the horizon that no one could survive, his hunters won't leave the planet without Riddick's head as their trophy. Back in January, director David Twohy posted the following pieces of storyboard art for the upcoming film Riddick, a sequel to the 2004 film Chronicles Of Riddick. The art is by Charles Ratteray, and

Sigourney Weaver Discusses Her Involvement With The AVATAR Sequels
Speaking with Bad Taste, actress Sigourney Weaver talks about her involvement with the upcoming sequels to Avatar, the 2009 sci-fi film directed by James Cameron which is now the highest grossing film of all time. Originally confirmed by Cameron himself that Weaver will return for the first sequel, the actress also confirmed that she'll reprise her role of 'Grace Augustine' in both follow-ups, while also saying that she's read early drafts for the sequels. She also comments on what the sequels will explore, in addition to when Cameron will begin filming. "I read early versions of the script, but I can not say anything else James Cameron comes here and kills me. I can say that I’ll be in both, we will turn them one after another and explore worlds that were not touched in the first episode… What is certain is that Cameron will begin filming in the new Avatar

BOX OFFICE: CHRONICLE Beats THE WOMAN IN BLACK To Take The Weekend #1 Spot
The Woman In Black was expected to win the weekend (mainly down to the fact that it features former Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe) but director Josh Trank's original and critically acclaimed Chronicle has surprisingly managed to finish Saturday with $300,000 more. Both have overperformed at the US box office this weekend as neither film was originally expected to pass $20M. This is good news for the studios as both projects are fairly low budget and have attracted the young audiences that analysts believe were missing from the latter half of 2011. Here are the top 10 films courtesy of Deadline. 1. Chronicle (Fox) NEW [2,907 Theaters] Friday $8.6M, Saturday $10.3M, Weekend $22.2M 2. The Woman in Black (CBS Films) NEW [2,855 Theaters] Friday $8.3M, Saturday $9.8M, Weekend $21.5M 3. The Grey (Open Road) Week 2 [3,207 Theaters] Friday $3.1M, Saturday $5M, Weekend $9.8M (-50%), Est Cume $35M 4. Big Miracle (Universal) NEW [2,129 Theaters] Friday $2.2M, Saturday $4M, Weekend

Four New (Low-Res) Character Posters For WRATH OF THE TITANS
A decade after his heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus is attempting to live a quieter life as a village fisherman and the sole parent to his 10-year-old son, Helius. Meanwhile, a struggle for supremacy rages between the gods and the Titans. Dangerously weakened by humanity's lack of devotion, the gods are losing control of the imprisoned Titans led by Kronos: father of the long-ruling brothers Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon. The triumvirate had overthrown their powerful father long ago, leaving him to rot in the gloomy abyss of Tartarus, a dungeon that lies deep within the cavernous underworld. Perseus cannot ignore his true calling when Hades and Ares make a deal with Kronos to capture Zeus. The Titans' strength grows stronger as Zeus's remaining godly powers are siphoned, and hell is unleashed on earth. Enlisting the help of the warrior Queen Andromeda, Poseidon's demigod son Agenor, and fallen god Hephaestus, Perseus

Marc Webb Talks THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN In Detail
Thanks to our friends over at Latino Review, we have the following transcription of a revealing new interview with director Marc Webb taken from this year's Comic-Con Annual. Be sure to click on the link for more and stay tuned to CBM on Monday as I'll be bringing you all the details from The Amazing Spider-Man sneak peek taking place in London. You came out with a new poster in December that said "The Untold Story" on it. Is that the untold story you’re looking to tell? That’s part of the untold story certainly. It’s really important for us to be able to communicate that this isn’t a remake of Sam Raimi’s movie. There’s a new territory, there’s a new villain, it’s a different Peter Parker. Why did you feel Gwen Stacy was the way to go as opposed to Mary Jane? We’ve seen Mary Jane. I also think that Gwen Stacy is a young
